Chris Andryski CPA MBA
Chris is the founder and operator of Minnesota Financial Solutions, LLC. He is a CPA, an MBA and has been involved with the MN Capital Seed Network, which helps screen business plans for Venture Investors. He has served on the board of Minnesota Entrepreneur, Inc. MEI is a non-profit organization which helps facilitate small business growth in the state of Minnesota.
He was featured in the October 2001 edition of Venture Magazine and on the cover of the fall 2001 edition of Entrepreneurial Notes for placing second in a business-consulting contest. He has also appeared on the local cable TV show “Off the Record” to discuss both President Bush and President Obama tax and economic policy. Chris can be heard as a guest on various radio shows in the Twin Cities to discuss economics, finance and tax law and is asked to speak, on occasion, to various business groups on issues related to finance, tax and economics.
In the winter of 2007, Chris testified in front of Minnesota House and Senate Committees regarding lending legislation. Chris also met with authors of the bills that changed the shape of the Minnesota lending laws going forward. Chris is active as a member of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and Burnsville Chamber of Commerce’s Government Relations Committee and a member of the National Write Your Congressman organization.
The early years of his life were spent traveling throughout Europe as he grew up in the town Heidelberg, Germany. He is fluent in German & has visited virtually every country in Europe.
After high school graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army from 1991 – 1994 as an infantryman. He attended basic training in Ft. Benning, Ga. After basic training, he served a one year tour near the DMZ in the Republic of Korea. He then finished his enlistment back at Ft. Benning, Ga.
Upon completion of his enlistment in the Army, he used the GI bill to finance 100% of his college education. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in December 1997 with a BA in accounting. During college, he also successfully sold Bank products for TCF Bank for 3 years.
In November, 1998, he sat for the CPA examination. He passed all four parts on the first attempt, while achieving some scores in the mid 90’s. In 2002 he finished up his Masters degree. Chris has public accounting experience with an emphasis in Business and Individual taxation. He also has exposure to small business financial consulting. Because of his expressive personality and broad experiences, Chris has the ability to relate to various types of individuals.
Chris resides in the Twin Cities with his family.
Troy graduated from the University of Minnesota with an economics degree and has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years with experience in both wholesale and retail mortgage originating focusing in underwriting, distributorship, and sales. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time at his cabin with his family.
Nathan Bode, CPA MBA
Nathan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Accounting and Finance. He later completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Minnesota with a focus in Finance. He passed all parts of the CPA exam on the first attempt.
Nathan has worked for nearly 20 years at Fortune 500 companies, including at Cargill for over 12 years in various IT and project management leadership roles. His focus during his career has been helping companies implement financial and accounting systems. Prior to working at Cargill, Nathan worked as an independent consultant assisting companies with their accounting systems. His clients included ING, Thrivent, Freddie Mac, and other financial services companies.
Nathan has held an active Minnesota real estate license since 2007, helping clients find their first home and owning investment property. He currently serves as Secretary of the Board for Yinghua Academy, a Minnesota public charter school with a focus on Chinese immersion. He lives in northeast Minneapolis with his wife and two kids.
Julie has been involved in the financial industry since 1992. She spent several years working in a bank until finally deciding that mortgages was the place for her. She has been Originating and processing Loans for the past 10 years. After spending some time on the east coast she decided to move back to Minnesota to raise her family She currently lives in Arden Hills with her husband and their three wonderful children.
Ryan Michael Larson
A self-described kid at heart, Ryan Larson is dedicated to finding the good in things. His genuine approach, interest in helping people, and positivity lends itself well to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest investments – buying a home.
A lot goes into making the decision about buying a home. Ryan understands how overwhelming the process can seem for home buyers so he believes that very personalized approach provides the best service. He invests time in learning all he can about each customer’s situation and that knowledge helps him leverage the best possible product for each unique need.
Keeping himself apprised of changes within the mortgage industry provides him with a substantial advantage as well. First-time homebuyer, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Non-Conventional . . . no matter what the customer needs, Ryan’s acumen for collaborating and listening combined with his broad product knowledge are vital to helping him identify out-of-the-box solutions.
Ryan’s educational background is in finance and accounting, which gives him a holistic approach to the business side of the transaction. Know that with all the fun-loving personable attributes Ryan brings, he understands and appreciates the financial elements that keep his recommendations well grounded.
Jill graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree. The early years of her career were spent in corporate America where she spent years working in management in the insurance industry. Her more recent experience was spent in the IT department of a large corporation doing project management work. She brings her organizational and analytical skills to the firm in an operational capacity. Jill lives in the Twin Cities with her family and is a mom to two busy teenagers. In her free time Jill enjoys spending time outdoors, working out and traveling.
Marie Oaks is the Co-founder and Senior Bookkeeper of Oaks Consulting Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and account management, including 4 years working with MN Financial Solutions clientele.
Marie, along with her team, serve multi-corporation companies, small family-owned businesses, and individual entrepreneurs. They have experience working with companies from a wide variety of industries including construction, real estate, IT, medical services, dining and entertainment, hotels, janitorial services, web developers, architects, authors, and nonprofit organizations.
Using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, Marie and her team offer both offsite and onsite bookkeeping services. These options include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliation.
In her spare time, Marie can be found watching the latest SpaceX launch, planning her dream road trip, or designing her next quilting project. She also loves playing with her grandchildren and passing down her love of Vikings football. Skol Vikes!
